Its accounts payable team services 6,000+ suppliers and processes 100,000+ invoices a month. To make that process faster and more accurate, and to give vendors a better experience, the company implemented Neil, an AI-powered co-worker built for accounts payable.

The Challenge

With 6,000+ suppliers and 100,000+ invoices a month, every part of the AP process depended on people. Data entry, invoice processing and vendor servicing were all manual. The work was slow, error-prone and inefficient, which gave suppliers a poor experience and held back productivity.

The Solution

Neil reads invoices in PDF and JPEG formats without templates and gives vendors one consolidated view to check the extracted fields. It verifies and validates invoices in real time, then enters the validated data into the ERP to generate ASNs. Vendors get automatic status updates, so they can track invoice progress. Approvals run across web and mobile, and Good Delivery Notes are captured, validated and entered automatically.
